Fishen With A Mission Kids Fishing Camp
A hands-on and interactive kids fishing camp. The “fishen With A Mission” day camp will include education stations to teach basic tackle, knot tying, conservation, casting, and angling safety. Each camper will receive a free fishing pole, tackle, t-shirt, lunch, & hands-on interactive fishing.
Will be @ the pond on the west side of the G

Will be @ the pond on the west side of the Groveport Recreation Department 7370 Groveport Road Groveport, Ohio 43125. Please, Park, meet the staff, & sign your camper in
10am – 1pm
Angling safety briefing, Basic tackle, knot tying, bobbers, baiting your hook, casting, & let’s fish.
1pm – 2pm
Lunch / Pizza
More fun fishing, pictures & closing ceremony.
What items should my camper bring?
All fishing equipment, lunch, bottled water is provided, while a hat, a chair & sunscreen are recommended. Flip-flops are discouraged – sneakers or athletic shoes are a better choice.
